All UK orders will be shipped via Royal Mail, standard and express are both available to choose at checkout. 

We offer FREE standard UK delivery on orders over £40 and FREE express UK delivery on orders over £100

We offer the below shipping options at checkout:

Royal Mail Second class £3.50 (10-14 working days for personalised items) 
Royal Mail First Class £4.50 (7-10 working days for personalised items)

Our overseas orders will be sent tracked to ensure delivery. 

Royal Mail Standard (up to 14-20 working days) £14.95
Royal Mail Tracked (7-14 working days) £21.95

Please note orders sent out of the UK may be subject to additional taxes and duties during customs clearance which is the customers responsibility.

Please note that at busier times of the year including launch and sale we may take additional time to get your orders to you. Please be aware that at Christmas time/Black Friday/bank holidays etc postage times can be a little slower with Royal Mail too. 

Returns

We don't offer returns on personalised items unless there is a fault which we encourage you to contact us for a resolution. 

All items that aren't personalised we offer a 30 day refund policy from the date of your order. 

Our Pre-Loved section we offer a 14 day refund policy so long as the item is in its original condition.
